Shipping:
Shipping Policy: Orders ship Monday-Friday via USPS,UPS and/or FedEX, and should be delivered within [3-5] business days. Tracking information is traditionally submitted via email but may be requested via text message or through instagram. Follow instagram and/or check email for the latest deals, discounts, information for any possible delays in placing orders, holiday breaks and/or vacation days.
Local: If you are in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area, then you have the option of recieving 1 day delivery or local pickup.
1 day delivery: I live about 30 minutes outside of the DC area and I travel up to 20 miles from my home for order drop offs unless discussed otherwise.

Damages: Body butter melting does NOT count as product damage. Due to limited control over temperature product may not hold whipped shape upon arrival but with refrigeration for 2-3 hours to resolidify, product is still useable. Product leaking, bottles cracked/broken or damged counts as damage. For more specifications or questions, please submit message in the proper inbox. To minimize the chance of damage, leaking, or melting, please promptly place product in a cool or room temperature envelope after arrival and use the tracking information provided to know when product arrives.
