Return/Refunds: Product must be returned within 14 days, unopened, unused and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Shipping Policy: Orders ship Monday-Friday via USPS,UPS and/or FedEX, and should be delivered within [3-5] business days. Health & Safety: All products are tested a minimum of 10 times before put into production, all containers are sterilized before packed and shipped, products are HOMEMADE with love and care within a clean enviornment.
